Description

Explore description details to support your evaluation.

Fine powder for batch dosing, decolourisation and short contact-time treatment, where the adsorption rate matters more than bed life.

Powder grades are usually supplied between 200 and 325 mesh and are dosed into the process rather than packed into a column. Filtration or settling steps recover the spent powder.

Faq

Explore faq details to support your evaluation.

Can powder activated carbon be mixed with another carbon in one bed?

Yes, but when loading in layers keep the particle sizes close to avoid channelling, and record the test data for each layer.

What is the minimum order quantity?

One tonne for normal orders; samples of 1-5 kg can be shipped with freight paid by the customer.

What lead time should we expect?

Around 15 days for regular grades, and 3-5 days for stock items.
